Reformer Pilates
Our reformer pilates classes are the foundation of everything we do at The Pilates Theory. Each session focuses on breath, spinal alignment, and progressive spring resistance to build strength from the inside out. Classes are kept to a strict maximum of 7 to 8 clients, so every person in the room receives personalized cueing and form correction. Whether you are brand new to the reformer or have been practicing for years, our instructors meet you at your level and move you forward. Available at both our Danville and Pleasanton locations.

1:1 / Semi-Private
Private Sessions
Private pilates sessions are the most direct path to results, especially if you have an injury history, are recovering from a procedure, or want to accelerate your progress. In a one-on-one or semi-private format, your instructor builds a plan around your specific body, goals, and limitations. Post-surgical clients, those managing hip or knee pain, and high-performance athletes all benefit from this level of focused attention. Private sessions are available at both studio locations and can be paired with group classes for a well-rounded training approach.

Youth Program
Pilates for Teens
Pilates for Teens is an exclusive developmental program designed specifically for student athletes and young people dealing with the postural effects of screen time. The program focuses on core stability, spinal alignment, and injury prevention, giving teens a biomechanical foundation they will carry for life. Classes are age-appropriate, supportive, and led by instructors who understand how to work with developing bodies. If your teen is dealing with poor posture, recurring discomfort, or simply wants to move better on the field or court, this program is the right starting point.
